As a customer, you are allowed to return the merchandise ordered in its original status to get a full refund. However, this should be carried out within 30 days of purchase. Note that in such situation, we do not refund original shipping and handling fees as well. So, be careful when placing an order.
However, in case you receive wrong packed items or damaged merchandise, please notify us as quickly as possible through our telephone or email. Surely, we will provide you with the cost of returning the product. In fact, no shipping and handling cost will be charged on you.
To make it clear, we ensure that your order has a return for stating all that you need to return the product if found unnecessary. For effective return of the commodity, you will have to complete the form, and should state your merchandise. We will therefore process your return within five days upon receiving your request and we notify all our clients through their email about their refund status. Please allow 3-7 business days for refunds.
Finally, to increase our efficiency as well as your convenience, we make sure that return labels are included in your packages to allow you chose the best that suit you. However, in case we sent wrong or damaged merchandise to you, please notify us as quickly as possible through our email. We promise to reimburse all the returning cost in such situation.
