We only accept un-used merchandise from the customers and customers will then receive their full refund less the cost of shipping.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).
Tracking your order is very easy. Once you make an order and the order has left the warehouse, you will receive ordering (shipping) confirmation message through your email. The confirmation message will contain a tracking link on which you can click and see all the tracking information.
Unfortunately, we do not support gift receipts at this moment. However, we promise we will start offering them in the future.
We follow all the guidelines set by the Federal and the State to calculate sales. Importantly, we calculate tax basing on the shipping address and the tax jurisdiction rules. It is important to note that final taxes are calculated once the product has been shipped and is automatically charged.
Unfortunately, we do not allow exchange of products on online. It is important to check the availability on our site in case you want to exchange any of your ordered products. You will need to place a new order if you find the preferred product in the stock. Ensure you return the original items previously purchased for a refund within the allotted time.
That means that the item has been sold out and will no longer be in stock. We usually do not re-stock old merchandise to keep the style new and fresh.
We use UPS and the United States Postal Service to ship our packages.
Once we receive your return, it can take up to 10 business days for the retn to be processed and for the card to be refunded. You will receive an email with the details of the refund and from Unb0theredapparel.com Customer Service with a confirmation ID number.
We ship to all 50 United States, Military (AA, AE, AP) addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada.
